The teacher is very well prepared and with a genuine interest in helping each of her students in her particular case. I arrived to recover from my knee operation and it has given me a lot of strength and above all confidence when trying to do the exercises. Highly recommended 👌🏼

Super good instructor and very comfortable place, almost 5 years doing pilates reformer and Tania (JOY) is the best I've had (and I've had several). Excellent classes, always varied, I absolutely recommend it. Wonderful to rehabilitate, I have 2 spine surgeries and I am very well thanks to the Pilates reformer Joy.
