Terrible service. The executive of the Bibiana bank has no knowledge of the products, she makes too many mistakes. In specific company accounts. The manager Elmy is worse. He made the decision to cancel 4 accounts of both companies and individuals, (all savings). And they even sent lawyers and notaries to the home all to cancel the accounts in revenge for having made a complaint of poor service on their part. Incredible that an institution of that size wants to cover up all the crap from its executives.
