Centro Geográfico de México en 1916

Historical place, country of Mexico started at this point and then they slowly expanded maintaining historical center at the current center of the country. I've heard the theory that when more global warming comes and Yucatán gets swallowed by the ocean México will surrender some of its lands in the north to USA to maintain the balance and keep the center of the country at the actual center. This move will also reduce violent crime in Mexico and increase it in the USA, two birds with one stone if you ask me

All the quaint shops and eateries surrounding this monument along with its historic and geographic significance makes this a must see!

Beautiful magical town. Known for its wine and bread. Nice to go for a walk in the evening and enjoy the live music in the main park.

Also know as "TX" or Tequis great place always something going on downtown great restaurant we ate at La Charamusca the walked around the corner to their bakery you have to try their cheese bread something else
