Worn down bank that’s too small for the number of people it serves with service that is slow and uncaring. I love Mexico, but banks here suck even more than in the USA.

The bank remains open, there is fluidity in customer service. They maintain strict sanitation measures in place. It is correct to queue to enter. The staff are friendly. The facilities are clean.

Bad attention. They take a long time and do not solve anything. The excuses that your system is failing. I went by state of my afore and they printed another state that I did not ask for. Your staff lacks training.

Terrible service, but not from the branch, but from the entire bank. They never have all the boxes open, ATMs often break down and take time to repair, and they can never solve problems for you. That yes, very good to harass the client to sell and promote things. This bank is going to lose a lot of customers soon.
