Hotel Relox

I love this hotel. It is beautiful and photographs very well. It's affordable and they have a very nice swimming pool and jacuzzi around 37 degrees. It is really very safe, I had misplaced my handbag and they gave it back to me even after i checked out from the hotel.

Secure parking, great location, friendly staff. Not so clean facilities.

They have friendly staff. I love the location. I should have paid closer attention to the reviews because I paid for a 3 night executive suite which they gave me, only it was filthy. I asked to get the room cleaned again, which they did but they did not clean the bedding. It smelled horrible (things you don't want to think of, but its undeniable, very recognizable). The first night I wound up throwing the bedding to the floor. It was that bad. I canceled the rest of my stay and looked for another hotel.

Old but comfortable. Don't expect luxury facilities. The gardens and pools are great for kids.
