I went today to do a procedure and they told me that it does not work when, clearly, it says here that it is open. The guard ran me off, I told him I had an appointment and he didn't even turn to see me. Terrible service, so late making an appointment and they cum in the worst way.

I want to request an appointment. = They never answer the call. I want information for some procedures = the web page does not work. What am I supposed to do if I go in person they return me for not having an appointment and when I want to make one, they do not give me help. ??

The lady is very bitter, she does not give good service. They should hire young people with good humor, not a rude ruca.

Rude treatment if I could I would never return, it hurts that every four years the electronic signature must be renewed and if you want to do it online something always fails, going is a nightmare, from making the appointment.

When the offices open, I have already gone 3 times and there is still no service due to contingency, but in Qro. Are you working, here in San Juan when the offices are back in operation?
