It does not have telephone service 24 hrs. They are updated at a snail's pace! With so much cutting-edge technology and you do not implement it. damn garbage service, there is no water on Saturday, there are many tourists at the fair and nobody answers, not even in the emergency service, hotels, hospitals, shops collapse, due to the ineptitude of these idiots !!!! but when it comes to paying ... either you pay or you pay you fucking disgusting mob.

Normally they give good service ... the problem is when the ATM breaks down and they get stuck in the boxes. There is a place to park and the offices are very close to the center. All the taxivan lines pass through there.
