I express my concern at not having received support for a fire emergency, thanks to the support of a couple of neighbors we managed to contain the incipient fire, and more than an hour after calling and asking for support, they never arrived. I do not judge, since perhaps they do not have enough personnel or were attending another emergency, but if they should consider recruiting more support personnel in that case.

They are excellent people and apart from all this they do altruistic work that is great!
