The hotel needs more careful maintenance, the toilet was clogged and the shower didn't worked properly. We came for the hot pool but it was barely warm, maybe because it was slow season?
Nice hotel for staying on weekends in Tequisquiapan, the hotel seems kind of old but the service is excellent, the rooms are clean and it has two pools, one is warm and the other is outside for sunny days; it offers breakfast and it is located very near from the Tequisquiapan downtown.
This hotel has such a good customer service and me the place is also beautiful
