Terrible service. We had a confirmed and paid reservation along with our voucher. They summoned us at 4:45 am and left us waiting for over an hour! We were dialing them and it was up to 45 minutes later they answered us that they were coming for us. And the worst part is that they never apologized to us. The balloon operators were very friendly. They told us that the operator had not passed the signal that they had to come by us and the experience is very nice but if they can book through the hotel or another place I recommend them because the operator's service was terrible.
