Very bad service, they never inform you about your patient, they only tell you that the person in charge is not there or has a lot of work. The charges are very high and they do not know how to tell you only that the system throws that information to charge and they bother about the issues. If you find other better options, take them, here in this hospital they are very good to charge.

Disgust of service, of place they do not have professional ethics. They have no shame. Paying more than 20,000 a day for nothing inventing diagnoses to make you pay more and get into the personal lives of the relatives of the patients is a real disrespect. Be careful what they say because they are not Dr and nurses seem to market. No more star is that place should be closed. Out of respect for the reader I do not say the words what they are!

My dad was hospitalized in this place for 5 days, almost 6. He was admitted with symptoms of Covid. They never let us see him or talk to him on the phone. The amount of money they charge is inhumane. Exaggerated amounts, they charge you from the gloves that the nurses use to the gown that they put on the sick. The place is dark and ugly. I don't recommend it unless they have $ 2000 dollars a day to cover expenses ... 👎

If someone from covid arrives there, please take him out immediately, it is the most disastrous place I have ever known, they are killing my relative, they charged a fortune the days he was there, they give you false information and they do not let you talk to your relatives or even by phone, listen to me please, take your sick relative anywhere except there!

Terrible service. They do analysis without authorization. They do not bill. You wait and wait at the end they tell you that the system is failing. Your invoice never arrives. You call and argue that it already came out of a private mail. The clinic has no mail. As time. Think well before using the cliniquita.
