Visit for a PCR test ... when booking I only had for 2 days onwards that there was no space. But when he arrived he was on the left of Urgencia, there were no signs or signs. Upon entering there was only one couple who was filling out some documents and were about to leave. He tells me to ring the bell to be attended for Covid19 tests, after ringing the bell it took more than 15 minutes for the staff to arrive to take the personal data and charge me. It was $ 2,500 pesos. it takes about 10 min. and then he tells me to wait for the Chemistry to come to take the sample, another 10 to 15 minutes. It was just me ... I did not understand why to reserve, better as Hospital Puebla as they are arriving you can do the test, only that it costs $ 3,500 pesos ... But other than that it was fine. I took the test and they sent me on time as the Chemistry said the next day before noon, not as the person from the Laboratory said when booking that it would be in 3 days.

This hospital is located very close to the center of Puebla, it is also known as Hospital UPAEP, a very beautiful building with well-arranged gardens. I have been three times and have always received excellent care from the doctors and their staff. How much with cafeteria and parking with cost. This is how all hospitals should look.

Nurses, doctors, laboratory workers, orderlies, all of them excellent service, but the sales and admission girl, rude, they are never in their place, they get angry and to be treated well is a problem. They should change them.
