Hotel Cencalli

Really helpful staff but if your kid has a fever make sure to bring some with you..they don't sell kids medication...

When arrived at staff was ok kinda slow. We decided to eat before going to the room. My daughter wanted to order a Cheeseburger so she did, once it arrived the burger was uncooked and the fries felt like they'd been refrigerated. Before getting to our room we decide to check out the pool but it looked all green and dirty full of mosquitoes so we decide to pass on that. Once given my room I decided to turn on the A.C. but the remote control wasn't working. After failed attempts I called front office 10 minutes later someome shows up at 12 am clicks some buttons says that it should work just fine. Mind you I had my 2 year old and 14 year old daughters none of which could sleep from the heat. So I decided to call back again front office at 2 am to tell them to fix this or switch me rooms. They sent some other dude up and said the same thing that it should work now. Still no signs of working AC. The very next day we decide to renew our room but they say they no longer have any rooms, when I could clearly see the wall full of room keys. I had even asked if they were going to have anymore rooms available if I were going to decide to stay another night before paying my room and they'd said yes. Most awful hotel experience never again coming to this hotel.
