Terrible service from the executives. They do not attend in time and form, they still do not give the established schedule and they no longer attend. Also ineffective in the ATM system to make deposits from accounts with card numbers.

The attention of the executives is too slow compared to other banks, and the attitude of the executive who attended me leaves much to be desired. And as an extra piece of information, the card I have with hsbc has been cloned 4 times in 2 years. I have cards with inbursa and banorte and I have never had that problem.

They should change their schedule one comes from far away confident that they close at 5:00 and close at 4:00 😠😠😠
