There is a very long line for the ATMs and for the practical boxes. The employees are friendly and guide you properly. Only detail: The branch does not yet have a shift system so you have to queue to go to the windows. The BBVA Clients row progresses much faster than the general one, so you can spend some time there

The cashier's line for cash deposit is huge and they always put an "edecan" that does NOT allow entry to the branch, where there is no line. What's wrong with them: / ???

Terrible service, personnel not trained to provide quality service, they serve very slowly, they are rude and inefficient.
