Well there's only one thing I gotta say.. Order your tickets up front, sorry but the guys at front desk are really slow so, by the time you buy your tickets the movie already started.. So prevent that by ordering your tickets first online and the only waiting line you gotta take its the snacks one..

Small theater usually has dubbed movies but great if you 2ant to catch a matinee or a late night movie

A bit small but just enough. The cinema in general is ok, good sound system and good visuals. However, one time they over-sold the movie so I had to sit on the first row. Food and drinks good as in any other Cinepolis.

Mostly, I'd say the only problem they could have, is on their online page. I've looked for tickets for a movie which is apparently being projected here, and in the end, it's not. Which has caused a bit of trouble. Other than that, the rest of the service is quite nice. The staff working there, tends to be quick, specially on certain days (like premiers or when an expected movie comes out) they move rapidly in order to keep customers happy and to have a flowed waiting line. Same thing happens in the popcorn/hotdog line, staff can be a bit slower here, but it also depends a lot on the customers ordering or the payment method. I've never had any inconvenient because of rude staff, or the movie being interrupted, or bad quality snacks. I recommend the movie theater, even if it's a bit small.

The cashiers didn't know that a movie was starting at 1 pm, and they wanted to open the box office until after 2 pm. Other than that, it was fine.
