Cinepolis

When I try to buy tickets online and choose seats, the seating diagram shows all the best seats taken, and only the worst available. And when I enter the sala, it's EMPTY! What is THAT all about!?! Also, I have missed the beginning of many movies just waiting in a long line to buy popcorn. They keep only one or two cashiers open, no matter how many customers are waiting in line. NO respect for paying clients!

As with all Cinépolis in Mexico the cost of the tickets are around 70mxn for regular tickets. 3D, VIP 4DX are more expensive between 130-250 mxn. Almost everyday is crowded. If you want to buy snacks arrive with at least 30 minutes. Takis Fuego popcorn are great but hot. Cheddar and caramel popcorn are great too

Big theater VIP is on the other side of the mall though. They should be connected, bit their not
