Dogs cannot get in, not even with the leash. It's not logic: why dogs are excluded?

Like others have posted, construction is going on but now the area is open for walking. I ignored some other "do not enter" signage along the walking paths, separating the new from old areas. I really liked the older areas, imaging what is was like. Posting a few pictures from the older areas. This would be a great place to walk with a dog.

I found this place on the map and decided to walk to it for a look. At first it seemed a little weird but in context I found it to be great. It is an old Quarry site then just a waste running through it. The late 80s saw the creation of a public area and now displays many terraces, stage areas, and artifical pounds. Such a nice use of space and worth having a look if in the area. During the day it is hot a dry with very few people but after it cools off it becomes a more lively family area. It appears a huge construction has forced the closure of half the park which seems a shame but maybe reopen once completed?
