Not professional at all. I called in advance to book an appointment that wasn't noted/forgotten about. The esthetician helping me didn't know what she was doing and therefore was assisted by another one whom were talking and laughing about me in Spanish thinking I didn't understand. I was overcharged and given the wrong change but I just wanted to get out of there so didn't bother and promised to never return as well as make sure to spread the word to NOT GO THERE . SAVE YOURSELF.

Full legs waxing - perfect service. High quality product (similar to European standards) and service done in 30-40 minutes as expected and with a smile. I recommend this place!

Very professional , friendly and extremely clean Salon, I had a haircut and shave ... Went back two days later for a manicure... I will be returning here for a massage... Owner speaks English

Pura Vida has been one of the best salon experiences I've ever had..and I speak from experience having gone to an array of high end salons in nyc and boston. Jessica, the owner, gave me a cut and and highlights.. I’ve literally never gotten so many compliments on my hair before. Jessica is amazingly talented and super sweet. She goes above and beyond for her customers. If you’re in Puerto and need of a cut, color or both.. this is your place.
