Secrets Huatulco

Service is the best. Staying in a swim out room and the wait staff is very attentive. Dinners are delicious in this four diamond resort. We are repeat guests and will visit again soon!

First the location is perfect well off the beaten path, with well-manicured grounds. We arrived and it was a little shaky at first because we arrived early and our rooms weren't ready so we had to wait, but they did take care of us and we were still able to enjoy the amenities. And that is what won us over, the incredibly helpful above and beyond staff! Ricardo Mohedano one of the restaurant managers was amazing for the week we were there. making us feel really safe, special especially during COVID-19. Then you have the wonderful entertainment and activities staff! And boy did they have activities for us to do so many water sports, and tours and everything was included! Alejandro, and Aaron from helped out so much, from paddle boarding, to ping pong, they not only helped up but also made sure all equipment was sanitized and clean! Definitely worth the visit!

Secrets in Huatulco is my heaven on earth! The staff are so helpful and friendly. They make sure you are treated like you are an important guest. No wrist band, adult only, top shelf liquor, amazing food and great entertainment! The weather is always perfect, great pool and beautiful scenery. I could not ask for more. I cannot wait to go back!

Beautiful hotel with a great view. You get both a sun rise and a sun set! If you're an Eco tourist this is the perfect place. Take the four level tour with Homie tours & visit Alberto's private arboretum.

My friend’s rave about this location and excellent service. The architects (or management ) made some unfortunate choices blocking million dollar views) but overall its site is breathtaking. The isolated location means solitude, and you’ll need a taxi or bike to go anywhere.
