Most people come to process their non-criminal record, they ask for photos (usually there are businesses in front that take photos of you according to the guidelines that they ask for the ANP process) if your background is for a visa it will take 72 hours to be delivered since it must necessarily bear the original signature. Otherwise, if it is for another matter, it is delivered in 40 min approx. For all the MINIMUM procedure you need 1h AND 30min.

Bad service on the part of a police officer who designs on his badge Mr. Osawaldo or Mr. Osvaldo, he treats you super bad, rude and cocky. Is it so hard for you to be nice? There are many people who need work and these people without wanting to serve people. People are out of necessity, not to see the face of embittered put the batteries. And to carry out a procedure are very slow. :(
