Park Royal Huatulco

Great, clean spacious room with an awesome view of sea. Housekeeper Leonila was very creative with the animated towel creatures she left us daily. Both restaurants have an excellent waiting staff not to forget the great food served. Hats off to Levy, Wilbert, Franco, Armando, German, Diego, the porter drivers and many more that made our stay so enjoyable.

Armando and Osvaldo made our stay incredible. They were so sweet and provided great service. They went above and beyond. Just our experience with them would make us come back!

The staff is very friendly and attentive specially Diego who serves in the restaurant close to the beach . The food is OK, it could be better. The service around the beach is kind of slow. Maybe is because of the pandemic but they are short of personal in consequence they do not have enough amenities like towels and beach lounge chairs. The waiting list to get a table on the Italian restaurant is long because it's first come first serve, I think it would be better if they accepted reservations. They are taking cleanliness very seriously, they are constantly desinfecting surfaces and rooms. In overall for being a place to spend vacations during the pandemic it is a decent choice but I wouldn't come back.

Thetis hace an awesome service, specially Armando from the restaurant and Fantastic Team (Brenda/Diego) for their incredible performance on the shows and the detailed explanations on the activities.

Beautiful resort grounds. Staff and the people of the local area are nice, and genuine. The food is good for an all inclusive. The internet actually works! Finally a resort that actually lives up to the pictures and website expectations. The only suggestions I could make are as follows: sweet ice tea, hp sauce in the buffet, and perhaps some Canadian channels on the TV.
