Due to the contingency, the ranks last longer. But nothing compared to FedEx that apart from the fact that they take time are more moody. Also FedEx does not pass the first day I call them, sometimes it takes up to 3 days. And I have to call them constantly. On the other hand, those of DHL are more friendly drivers.

Terrible service from the lady who attends, I have gone twice to leave a package and since I arrived they "warned" me that if it could, for reasons beyond my control, I am the client, they would attend to me. The guard, who is not an employee of DHL, is the one who shows his face because no one else. Before 7 o'clock (I arrived around 6:20) they warn that "maybe there is no time to attend to everyone" as long as they leave and at 7, which is their closing time, there is no one, after me they There were 4 people who no longer attended even though they arrived before 7pm, and my annoyance is greater because the young lady who attended me literally took 5 minutes to deliver my package. I understand that they have a lot of people and that you have to wait and queue, but it annoys me that they do not respect the opening hours, also clients rush past them and telling one to get up early to arrive early. I scheduled a pickup precisely to not go and they did not come at the established time. It's horrible to be there doing only guts.
