Sadly, in these great surroundings, the Centro Ecoturistico has disappointed me greatly. I got there on my own, by motorcycle. This was my expercience: There was a misunderstanding about the price of the room (at the reception they told me it would be 400, but at the cabañas they wanted 550 (no explanation), quite rudely. I sorted it out the next day with the receptionist/responsable person. But the same thing happened again the next day, even more rudely and unpleasantly (I might say intimidatingly). 3 other guests I met when hiking had the same experience. Also, the guides are unhappy, and will tell you so, they only get 15 (!) pesos out if the 100 that you pay for their services. The rooms are just (be it private) dorms, for just 1 person they are overpriced, and quite unpleasant. Mine had one double bed, and two bunks, all in 9 square meters (100 square feet). The 1 bed rooms (matrimonial) are fine (but they seem to get booked by the travel agents first). The surroundings ate truly great, therefore it is such a shame they don't get a better act together...

Very safe and very attentive people

The place is very beautiful, the walk and the dirt road are worth it, the guide who touched us hardly spoke and so, hehe but I think the other guides gave more complete explanations, the water is very cold, the entrance leaves in $ 50p / p, pets can enter, and currently there is no passage for the caves because it is a small space, and #quarantine

Apoala, you are a marvel! I loved everything. The beautiful waterfall, the beautiful twin rocks and the cave paintings a historical delight. The people of the place have excellent warmth and kindness. I had the privilege of eating in the ecotourism center and a real delicious homemade food and the water that they gave us from the spring delicious and super fresh !! ... Thank you and I hope to return. Be careful with travelers: there is no WiFi or any kind of signal, so the return is complicated. One suggestion would be to put up signs on the road so you don't get lost, like me.

They were very kind to receive us, although the guide who touched us did not give us much information, he only took us to the beginning of the stairs that go down to the waterfall and told us to follow the path to take us to it.
