Worked great for me using my Bank of America ATM card. Decline the conversion and insurance....you don't have to accept it! Here's why: I attempted to take 9,000 pesos out....on the screen they make it look like you need to accept a US Dollar conversion. The conversion was for $464 USD. I declined the conversion and Bank of America did it for me on the back end. The result: I got the 9,000 pesos and on my bank statement it only cost me $414 USD. Literally a $50 penalty if I had accepted the ATM's conversion. Decline the conversion and insurance....you don't have to accept it!

Atm exchange rate takes 8% on top of $5 fee. Avoid

ATM doesn't work for Bank of America members even though they're an international partner. Use another location.

Very good! To all the clients or people who frequent this bank, the attention is very bad, on the part of the executives and cashiers, if they have pending at this branch they sincerely have to go on their best day or not expect great attention because they do not they will have and will relive a great disappointment

Poor attention by the executives of the premium banking, they do not take the time to serve customers personally, they serve you quickly and generally, when I apply for unemployment insurance on the part of my automotive credit I went to ask about of the requirements and the only thing that was answered to me was that they had never gone to ask that and that they were not aware of these procedures, I ended up speaking and sending emails to the cd of mexico where they resolved me a year later, depositing in my account what was established, when it comes to insurance they only go long as everywhere, but when it comes to credit cards and getting into debt they are ready.
