I placed an order bound for Mazunte, they came three times and they did not find me, but they did not communicate with me at any time to receive them, so I called the numbers that the receipt brings that they leave at the door and none worked. When I was able to communicate with another number they told me that the package was on its way to the corresponding address and never arrived, thus asking that they leave it at the pochutla branch of DHL, which I could pick up on Wednesday. I traveled 40km on Wednesday and the package was not there, the same today Thursday and my order was not there either. Therefore I will have to keep going to Pochutla (40 km from where I live) until my package is there since they did not give me any solution and the package has not yet arrived. I never have a good experience with shipments by this company since if they don't find you they never contact you being unprofessional.

The attention at the counter is very warm and professional. The sanitary details recommended before the covid 19 are taken great care. The prices are reasonable and the reliability is very high regarding the arrival date.
