The beach is Cacaluta but google might call it Riscalillo. Cacaluta is an amazing beach with grainy rather than powdery sand. It's Jan 2, and all of the other beaches were fully crowded but this one was practically deserted with about 4 or 5 other families sharing the entire stretch with us. We saw manta rays and tropical fishes just hanging out in the shallow edge of the beach. There's also an island just off of the coast. We got to the entrance with our scooters but the park rangers didn't let us drive in with them. The walk was pretty but it took about 40+ minutes. However some locals were able to drive in with their trucks and ATVs, we weren't sure why.

Great beach and not overcrowded as most of the other beaches. It takes quite a hike to get there though.

Riscalillo Bay is home to the beautiful Riscalillo Beach, which is only accessible by taking a boat from Santa Cruz. As it takes about half an hour to get to Riscalillo, we suggest you take everything you will need with you during your visit. Riscalillo Beach is perfect for swimming due to its shallow waters and calm waves. Its conditions are also conducive to snorkeling, diving and even a little fishing.

beautiful is almost alone, not many businesses there that is the interesting thing about this beach, you have to bring your drinks and meals yourself, the crystal clear water ... to get to the beach you walk along a path approximately 45 or 50 minutes, 3 kilometers To be exact, if you are going for the first time, leave before 5:30 as it gets dark and it is difficult to go out ... but very good place

A very beautiful place, in itself the entire bay of Huatulco is incredible, the people are very hospitable and friendly.
