We waited 6 hours to get our daughters passport. We went to the place next door, to the left of the government passport agency and got photos for our daughter twice. And they took horrible pictures that the government could not use! So we paid twice for nothing. I feel like I got robbed in a legal way. Beware of that office, take extra pictures of yourself or your children because the other place will rip you off!!!

The staff at the entrance is rude, they lack empathy and a sense of attention to the public, they did not give me information, much less help. I opted to renew my passport at a CDMX delegation. I WOULD NEVER RETURN TO THESE OFFICES.

Good service if you have a scheduled appointment, otherwise you will only receive information at the entrance

The service is efficient and they did not take long to give me the passport, just wait about 30 min
