I would like to give good opinions because it is a hotel that I like a lot because it is a quiet place, the pool is large, the staff are friendly and everything is very clean. But this time I went I did not like it because the pool was used to give swimming lessons and I could not have the tranquility or the space that I was looking for, they did not tell me when I booked so I would not have stayed there. They also do not have a record of the rooms that lack maintenance, they changed our rooms twice because the first time the air conditioning did not work, the second did not leave the water where we bathed and the water ended up overflowing from the bathroom door, there was no water hot and the third room was missing a glass door in the shower so the water also ended up running out. It was very uncomfortable and annoying to be changing rooms with children and at night.
