Mojarras Doña Seve! The best of the Papaloapan basin have the best Sazon that I have had the opportunity to try, they are prepared in their different varieties: Ampapelada, in broth, in butter, in pilte and my favorite fried with garlic mojo. I have tried many mojarras in different places and even in prestigious and more elegant restaurants and the Doña Seve Mojarras are by far the best I have eaten and I continue to enjoy that special seasoning constantly.
