Midas Oaxaca

At first I had given this place 5 stars but after taking my truck for a routine check up found the worst things that one can possibly encounter. They did not use the proper amounts of fluids my engine was running almost bone dry and coolant was aldo low the only thing that they managed to overfill was the power steering fluid. One trustes these places to perform services accordingly and I guess they just want to take your money. Never again I will use this Midas location.

My gas tank fell off the car a week after their service. Mi tanque de gasolina se cayó del auto la semana siguiente de su servicio. Terrible. Horrible. Expensive. I asked them to evaluate the car and I okayed every repair they suggested. I paid them _a lot_ of money. The following week, as I went to start the car, gas started pouring from the undercarriage. They had removed the tank to fix a gauge and when they re-installed, they did not secure the fuel lines or tank. I had to pay another mechanic to repair the problems they created. He noted that they had failed to complete repairs I had paid for, and their work was half-completed. I tried to follow up with Midas, but the service manager was never available. We exchanged a number of emails in which he repeatedly stated their work was guaranteed, but they never followed through on the guarantee. ________________________________________________________________ Terrible. La semana siguiente, cuando fui a arrancar el auto, comenzó a salir gasolina del tren de aterrizaje. Habían quitado el tanque para arreglar un manómetro y cuando se reinstalaron, no aseguraron las líneas de combustible o el tanque. Tuve que pagar a otro mecánico para reparar los problemas que crearon. Notó que no habían completado las reparaciones que yo había pagado y que su trabajo estaba a medio terminar. Intenté seguir con Midas, pero el gerente de servicio nunca estuvo allí. Intercambiamos una serie de correos electrónicos en los que repetidamente declaró que su trabajo estaba garantizado, pero nunca cumplieron con la garantía.
