THE BEST YOGA!!! As a certified yoga instructor (RYT-500), I crave the style of Yoga that I was taught in India. Yoga in the west often puts entertainment & exercise as the focus (music/chatter/etc) & those classes are fine but in my personal experience, the benefits I receive from a traditional introspective class are far far greater. Trained directly under Guru BNS Iyengar, Beto teaches Yoga as a therapy so wherever you are in your practice, he will adjust you specifically as he observes you. This is not just offering variations to the class (which any good teacher does), this is like your personal yoga journey, it is incredible. My husband and roommate now come to class regularly too, we are all obsessed.
