Extremely bad. Do not book this agency. We booked the tour to Monte Alban and asked in prior if we could take our dog. They assured us it was fine and that if the dog would not enter, they would take great care of him. Our tour started at 7:30am and they picked us up 45min late. We were alone in the transportation to the ruins. When we arrived they made us change bus, and told us that when we enter we should not say we are part of the group as there is restriction to 10 person maximum, we were 10 + us 2 and the dog. Once we tried to enter the ruins, our dog was no allowed, we came back to the bus to leave him with the chauffeur and the problems started. The driver told us he would not take care of him but that we could leave him in the trunk in a bag ( we have a small dog ). The bus was right in the sun. After a few disagreement and some disrespectful comment to my wife, we decided to stop the tour. Thankfully we got reimbursed but due to a lack of communication in prior, disrespectful comment during the service and poor organization, we lost 5 hours of our holiday and missed Monte Alban. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM

I give this company 3.5 out of 5 . The bus driver Alberto was a good driver and always helpful when getting in or out of the bus. Our tour guide Ede was energetic and organized. My only recommendation is, as a non-Spanish speaker, is to request an all English guide tour. We had English and Spanish and know we missed much of the tour at Mount Alban. Ede knows her history - this was evident and she has a flare for making it interesting and funny, as was evident by the laughter of the Spanish speaking tourists. Ede did a great job at switching between the two languages- kudos to her! However my companion and I felt that we missed a lot about this wonderful, ancient site. While on tour we noticed an all English tour group and overheard some interesting information that we did not get on our Spanish/English tour. We also feel that too much time was spent at places where there was an emphasis on buying things and not enough time at Mount Alban- the reason we took the tour. I know that I need to improve my Spanish if I wish to continue to visit and appreciate Mexico. We don't usually go on tours, but if and when we do again, we will ask for an all English tour in order to grasp more about the remarkable features in Mexico.

We’ve been on two tours with Andador. The first in July 2019: the Monte Alban archeological site, a visit to town that specializes in Alebrijes, fantastical creatures carved of wood, and to a town that specializes in black clay pottery. Our tour host/guide was entertaining and well informed. Monte Alban was magnificent, as are most INAH archeological sites throughout Mexico. Definitely the highlight of the day! The visit to the “black clay” town, was simply a visit to one workshop/store/tourist trap. The visit was saved by the demonstration given by the shop owner. He was well-spoken and funny as he walked us through the process of his craft. Similarly, we visited only one factory/workshop in the alebrije town. It was rather boring and the quality of the work was mediocre. The tour included a stop at a roadside buffet restaurant for lunch. The definite low point of the tour..although the establishment was relatively clean, they were definitely not worried about return customers and attracting anyone other that captive tourbus groups. Yesterday’s tour to the Mitla archeological site, Hierve el Agua, a mezcal store with a mock-up of a factory a town specializing in hand-woven woolen rugs was disappointing from the start. This time the roadside buffet restaurant was so filthy, we passed on it altogether. Skip this tour.
