Excellent service by the folks running the Grey Goose. They were friendly, and got us out to see some Dolphins! The professionalism of this crew stood out when observing the behavior of the other boats out dolphin watching. The other boats (Mad Marlin was one of them) were driving right towards and over the top of the dolphins - scaring them away and making it more difficult to enjoy watching them. The Grey Goose is a beautiful, comfortable, and roomy boat that was clean. We would give them 6 stars.

We often visit several of the businesses located at the marina... Altered Tales, Hammerheads, Barracuda Bob's... Parking is free as long as you patronize the businesses. If you use the gated area, you will need to get your ticket validated. It's also pleasant to walk around the marina, although at times the boat owners must be unfortunately dumping directly into the water

Fully agree with the negative comments posted about this place. It has one thing going for it - it is a natural hurricane hole, and the only reason we gave it 2 stars. One grocery store is available within a reasonable, 15 minute walk. The main stores are quite a bit further away. The shops and restaurants around the marina are good, but quite expensive, with us-level pricing. We have spent 3 1/2 months here for the summer of 2020. Other than that, it is expensive, the docks are in poor repair, regular water, internet, and power outages that the staff seems to care less about. Security guards everywhere that are there to enforce the rules, but don't provide any real security ($900 bridle stolen out of a closed anchor locker, for example). Lots of rules they don't tell you about - we got in trouble for our kids using sidewalk chalk in a remote corner of the asphalt parking lot, you can't have anything on the dock or your finger for any period of time, not even to simply clean it. Also, there are ants and cockroaches on the dock, along with an occasional rat, so be careful. It is a real disappointment for a "family run marina" Do not recommend, we won't be back.

Friendly, well kept marina with very clean shower blocks. Easy to fuel and get water. I probably wouldn't swim in the harbour though. Reasonable access to other more specialised services, though a bit pricey for the region.

Very well managed.
