CIBanco ATM

Only in mexico can they hold your money ransom....bank ATMs both down and you need your passport to withdraw at the window, no other ID works. I Don't really make it a habit of keeping my passport in the car. And of course, no one can help me. They don't need my passport to take my money. It's not CI BANCO, IT'S NO BANCO....

Lousy customer service compared to other branches, it seems that it bothers them to go for your credit issues. I want to think that they act differently when you want to request one. Very good bank, lousy branch service San Carlos Nuevo Guaymas. (It's not the first time)
