Very good remodeling and updating the ATMs, I would recommend that in the ATMs each have their own row, either with tape attached to the floor for a better organization

Super bad attention! They are ati-professionals and ignorant of the procedures. ZERO customer service! I was waiting 46 minutes for them to tell me that the matter I wanted to do could be done by phone! Irresponsible and disrespectful of clients' time! Inefficient !! ' They do not deserve to work in a world class institution! PS: Ha! .... but they are good at passing customers WITHOUT a turn! At the sole discretion of the "Manager". Under my nose they passed 2 Clients without a shift and -obviously- without waiting time! Super bad service and ZERO customer care and attention
