ATM / CASHIER BANCOMER SUC PLAZA SENDERO

I did not like the service at this branch. I went to use the smart cashier and there are people who line up thinking that it is a cashier to withdraw cash and generate longer waiting times. Of the 2 people who are at the entrance only 1 is channeling customers and generating tickets, the other person as support but could be advising for the use of the smart cashier.

I went with a group of people to do the same scholarship process that is very urgent for us and the executive simply DID NOT WANT TO HELP. He gave us long, excuse after excuse and the result was a wait of several days. We went to Plaza Bella Anahuac branch and everything was very accessible.
