Excellent service, without a doubt the best bank in Mexico if I could give it 10/5

I went to reactivate my bancomer account for attempted fraud under the instructions of Bancomer Line, a lady (who was not an executive or was in boxes, was only a kind of assistant) asked me what procedure would be done, I explained and specified that online bancomer asked me to go to the branch, the girl asked me to leave the branch several times in a very arrogant tone and out of place, saying that I had to do it by phone and I was only taking the space to people who really needed to go with a Executive, I was waiting in vain and nobody was going to help me with what I needed. The girl from the executive area could help me in less than two minutes but the counselor could have made my procedure a meaningless loop by not having the correct training in dealing with the client or the processes to be performed.

Very good location and there are enough staff and ATMs, which shortens the wait in the service

Hello, I have been there a couple of times lately and I have seen that the branch is closed, they should take advantage of this means and update the information if it is going to be closed so that people do not return in vain
