Waiting my goods for 10 days! No answer, nothing, NADA. HORRIBLE SERVICIO.

I sent my mom a package since last month. It's been there since May 26 and she has not received it. They told her she has to go pick it up. If that was the case I would have taken it myself. This is ridiculous.

If there was a 0 rating I would put it on. I have more than 2 months waiting for a package. Sadly, my supplier thought that the postal service was the same as in his country and he sent me a package for 3 months. Of which 2 months ago it arrived at the Apodaca post office in Monterrey, and no one answers the phone or lights on my package. :( How awful!

Terrible service, the couriers never arrive at the address and return it to the branch, with false justifications, and the Mexican post office has no way to reschedule the delivery ... at the branch the service is super slow and the building is falling apart ....

Nobody is picking up the phone. They also have a very bad service, international packages hopefully arrive in 2 months or never arrive.
