I had another consultation on September 9, this time my appointment was at 4, they passed me at 5:30! that because the Dr had taken longer in another consultation, do me a favor! An hour and a half stopped waiting, and I say stopped because, if their facilities are that dirty in the emergency room, I'm sure they don't bother to disinfect their seats in the waiting room. Terrible organization on the part of the hospital, how is it possible that I have to go around a thousand times and nobody knows anything? How is it possible that not even a terminal can have in the medical center? Why bother making an appointment if they are going to keep me waiting for more than 1 hour? Why are your facilities dirty? Not even at the IMSS, so little do they care about your image? Are they a hospital or a clinic? The signage still says Vitro Clinic, even your answering machine says so, make up your mind. I am not coming back.
