Excelente trato del personal, las instalaciones de primera y muy limpio!!! El punto negativo es que me hicieron 3 pruebas de covid para entrar a cirugía con su respectivo costo alto. 3 es demasiado

Terrible service from the receptionists. Mediocre attitude. I went to an MRI 3 times because the first time the power went out, the second the receptionist did not schedule me well on the phone and the third they made me wait 2 hours despite having an appointment scheduled. Evil!

Very badly the attention of the emergency personnel at the suggestion of the doctor carried out some laboratory studies and ultrasound that according to them took 40 minutes, arrived at noon, they gave 6 pm and they did not give me results or any explanation when paying, they only gave me laboratory results and echo CD when requesting the interpretation I get that there is no technical staff to interpret the ECO !! AS ??? It had been recommended to me a lot but the attention of all the staff is really terrible

It will be a very good hospital, but I have more than half an hour trying to communicate and nothing, if that's how they are at the beginning, imagine the rest.
