Best Western Centro Monterrey

This hotel is clean, the staff are very nice the beds are comfortable, the location if.you like walking downtown is perfect. My next trip to monterey definitely staying here again. I really recommend it

The rooms were nice and comfortable, and the overall experience was good. Front desk just needs to be more professional and have more patience with Tourists.

It’s a good clean property. Room kind of looks like motels in the US. Toilet seat is too small for bowl in our room. Awkward when sitting on it. Area gets a bit sketchy. Businesses close early here and if you go one or two blocks over the streets are filled with trash.
