Guidance and Complaint Center

I went to this place to follow up on a complaint for lost documents and the attention was very good. In less than 15 minutes they issued me the minutes. I think that now with the virtual system there is more diligence in the procedures, as this was one of my fears (which was cumbersome or slow as I read in previous comments).

They do not deserve a single star, just to make a complaint more than 6 hours and I could not do it better I left the place they could not help me or attend to any person, terrible service all the desperate people some had more hours and they are worth it, all talking and on the cell phone and still go out to eat outside in the parking lot (this was the night shift) ask them and they design "priority is given to detainees" and there were only 2 detainees and more than 15 people waiting to be served almost 6 hours without passing any person to report.

Horrible Service! Definitely do not want there to be complaints! We were more than 7 hours inside the place because they do not respect turn and did not help, they did not anticipate us, gave the night and they mentioned that they had been arrested and they are priority, that it was better that we leave because we would not be cared for until dawn. Tired we left and we will return to the next one. day. We returned at 8am. and there were only 3 people in front of me, we thought it would be better and we were wrong. They did not attend to anyone, at 11am they returned to make excuses and to say that there was no system that after 2 hours they would return to their work. thing they had not started, because since we arrived they were in the cel, socializing, having lunch, everything but working. The staff very rude and without empathy for the victims, to 90% of the people who asked inf. they did not help them, from reception they were told that this matter did not apply ... Pure loss of time! The person who thought to denounce fulfilled his 36 hrs and went free. No one helped to follow up on the matter.

I arrived at 3:00 in the afternoon and left at 11:00 at night to get ready if you want to make a complaint, get something to eat, preferably you have to go in the morning at 7:00 am or 8: 00am COMMENT: in front they make copies for those who need documents and copies of some evidence
