They deal with lies, they paint everything beautifully for you, and in reality the only good thing about the company is the marketing they handle. His teaching methods AWFUL. The group of friends I had from France, Italy, Spain and others from South America all disappointed in what they tell you and promise and what they give you. You feel STOLEN. They keep stealing from me because I had travel credits that I didn't do and because of "the pandemic" they don't give me my money back. Always with different excuses. THEY ARE DISGUSTED EF.

It is an excellent place to achieve your goal of learning to speak in another language, the treatment is excellent and the school plans are well prepared.

My qualification is for EF Monterrey, not because of my experience abroad. Needs arose to make changes of host family and changes to another country and it was a terrible chaos, that office is not organized, they are very liars and they pass the responsibility of each other, especially Marco Gil (Academic Program Specialist).
