I went to carry out a procedure and it was super fast. Good experience in the municipality of Monterrey

Terrible service! I need a procedure and I am not in the city. They hung me up twice. They have communicated me to several dependencies and nobody gives me a solution.

They do not solve anything, they only give you long paperwork to pay some fines. They told me it was a day or 2 maximum what it took and now a week later I talk to them and they reluctantly answer that they mark me they are disgusting

Very good view, free access, elevator service to visitors, and currently undergoing renovation, I think it is a building worth visiting, highly recommended for travelers, tourists and locals, reference point of municipal public power
