The store has a good mobile phones assortment, but somewhat reduced in accessories (few colors and models for earphones and watches). The services center has good attitude, but is pretty slow, even when have very few clients. I have to wait for 40 minutes just to pickup a mobile phone and there were just 2 customers ahead of me, including the one being served.

Sells a flagship smartphone and no case. Get it together Samsung.

Really the technical support is bad, bad.They make you feel like begging them to give you some advice. Not worth it.

More expensive than samsung online store

I went to this store a year ago for a screen change, at that time they had technicians who would check your phone and it could be ready the same day or maybe the next day. This year I came back because I was left with the memory of that good service. Currently they no longer have technicians there in that location, so they do not provide technical service, they only function as reception of equipment to send them to another address for review and repair. This increases the repair time of the equipment because they involve parcels to move the equipment. So if you need technical service, I suggest you go to the Service Center in Ocampo, that's where they sent my equipment for repair.
