I live in Dallas and my grandpa in Mexcio lost his father so being that we are in a pandemic we could not travel however we were able to send my grandpa flowers to let him know we were thinking about him! The process was so easy and I'm thankful they had the option to show the price in usd. I'm so thankful for companies such as this one that allows someone in the US send flowers to our loved ones in Mexcio! Also, my grandpa showed me the flowers and all three arrangements were beautiful!

Bad customer service, never again

Excelente servicio y atención, la calidad de los productos es muy buena, los postres deliciosos y las flores de muy buena calidad, duran muchísimo. En caso de que no encuentren a la persona del regalo, te notifican y reprograman el envío sin costo alguno. Lo único que cambiaría es el mantenimiento a la app móvil ya que desde hace 1 mes no me deja agregar métodos de pago y cuando se va a dar se alta otra tarjeta se cierra sola, de ahí en fuera todo 10/10

Excellent, use the application to send gifts for my boyfriend's birthday and for Valentine's day.
