My wallet fell silent on a bus that stopped here, I spoke with the necessary people and they picked it up. They said they were going to send it back to me in 5 different trucks but they didn't. I had to take the truck to Linares to pick it up. They refused to sell me a ticket with the money in my wallet or do whatever to help me in the least. As soon as there is any competition in their business I stop using the buses with the worst customer service in the world, the trail buses.
