The car wash seems to be very old compared to the time the business has been open, the rollers barely approach the unit, it seems to be a timid friction instead of a deeper wash, the air tunnel to remove the excess water hardly and it works. And the final finishing area also has its observations, the pressurized air to thoroughly clean the cars, is minimal or at least it seemed to me today, the suction pressure on the vacuum cleaner was also minimal. The boys do their job, I have no observation of them, I think that with better conditions they would give a better service and would get more tips for their work. If you already have the investment, I respectfully suggest taking more care of your clientele so that they have the desire to return.
