Terrible service, they only send the guides and they are not followed up, and I had to solve a problem with DHL because they misplaced the delivery information. They were business gifts for Christmas and the year is almost jumping and they still haven't received them. The worst thing is that they no longer answer your emails or anything.

It is a date that I still have not received a response. I was never able to make my purchase on the web from a computer or by cell phone. The attention was terrible. And their networks are out of date, their answer to this is: WE ARE NOT FROM NETWORKS.

After buying several times on your site I was surprised that they change the price shown in the catalog, at the price they charge you. Upon contacting a representative, they followed up on my request and realized that there was an error in the purchase so they made the necessary arrangements. So far they have provided excellent service
